Terms and Conditions

Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using nativeorbitx.com, operated by Native Orbitx Inc., you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Advertising Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website.

Nature of the content

This website publishes paid advertorial content about consumer garden and hand tool products. The material here is promotional. It is not an actual news article and it is not independent journalism. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for a purchasing decision.

Bladed products and safe use

Products described on this website include sharpened hand tools intended for garden and outdoor use by adults. They are not toys and are not intended for children. You are responsible for handling, storing, sharpening and transporting any bladed tool safely, and for complying with all laws in your state, county and municipality governing the purchase, possession and carrying of knives. Nothing on this website is legal advice about those laws.

No warranty

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While we take care to describe advertised products accurately, we make no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free. Product specifications, guarantees, availability, shipping times and prices are set by the merchant and may change at any time without notice to us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Native Orbitx Inc. is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of this website, from any product you purchase through a link on it, or from any decision you make based on its content, including any dealings you have with a third-party merchant whose product is featured here.

Third-party products, purchases and links

Products described on this website are supplied and sold by third parties, not by us. We do not take orders, process payments, hold stock, ship goods or handle returns. Any contract you enter into for such a product is between you and that merchant and is governed by their own terms, including their pricing, delivery estimates, warranty and refund or money-back policies. Questions about an order, a refund or a guarantee must go to the merchant. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, quality or conduct of any third-party website or service linked from here.

Affiliate relationship

We are compensated when readers purchase through links on this site. This is set out in full in our Advertising Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The layout and original text of this website belong to Native Orbitx Inc. unless stated otherwise. Product imagery, brand names, trademarks and promotional copy relating to advertised products remain the property of their respective owners and are used for the purpose of promoting those products. You may read and share links to our pages, but you may not reproduce substantial portions of the content for commercial purposes without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its normal operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or to any system connected to it.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date it is published, shown below. Continuing to use the website after that date means you accept the revised terms.
